EULETA’s membership is made up of many people working in different capacities in legal English, for example: lawyers, linguists, translators, legal English trainers for professionals, and legal English university professors. This conference, co-organised by Kozminski University Language Centre and EULETA, aims to bring our diverse members together to share and find new practical ways of combining our expertise to improve our legal English teaching.
Presentations may be on any topic related to the teaching of legal English which may be pertinent to in-house, language school, university-level, one-to-one, online, or any other platform for legal English teaching, coaching, or testing. Topics may also include legal linguistics, legal drafting, translation and interpretation, or ESP/EAP and different areas of specialised language teaching, as long as there is a clear and practical connection with the legal English teaching field.
Conference presentations will be 30 minutes in length: 20 minutes for presentations + 10 minutes for Q and A.
